At AVerMedia, we stand behind the quality of our streaming gear and video capture solutions. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your product within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate a Return Request

  Visit our online Support Portal and enter your order number and email address to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the device in its original packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories that were included in the initial shipment.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the item's condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
